NEW HAMPSHIRE HOUSING CASH ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

This is a cash assistance grant equal to a maximum of 2% of the loan amount.

Borrowers must contribute a minimum of 1% of the purchase price of the own funds.

There are income and purchase price limits.

The full amount of the grant is due upon sale of the property, refinance of the mortgage or non-owner occupany of the property.
