Thinking About Refinancing?

Refinancing Mortgages in NH

Thinking about Refinancing? Just 5 Minutes Could Save you a Bundle!

One of the best reasons to refinance your mortgage is to obtain a lower interest rate and a lower monthly payment.  By refinancing, you will payoff off your existing mortgage and replace it with a new one. This can often be accomplished with a no-points, no-fees loan program, which essentially means at “no cost” to you, the borrower.

Refinancing typically occurs when mortgage interest rates drop significantly – but borrowers with recently improved credit scores (from paying off credit card debt, making mortgage payments on time, etc.) are often candidates for better interest rates as well. If you haven’t checked your credit score or compared your interest rates, it’s a good time to call me for a 5 to 10 minute analysis on how much refinancing could save you today!
